Basic Computers –
April 10, 17 & 24 from 1:30-3:30pm | Cost $25 (this is a 3 session class). Must pre-register
Intimated by technology? Join us to gain a basic understanding of how to use a Windows computer and become familiar with technology jargon. This workshop is intended go individuals new to a computer. Be introduced to basic computer technology and concepts, navigate a Windows computer, general word processing and accessing the Web. Participant pre-requisites: none
Navigating Windows 10 –
April 23 & 30 from 6:30-8:30pm | Cost $20 (this is a 2-session class) Must pre-register
Windows 10 looks different and can be confusing when getting started. This workshop will provide participants with an understanding of how to navigate Windows 10. We will explore and learn about the Windows 10 environment, how to customize it to personal preference as well as review foundational Windows skills. Participant pre-requisites: some basic computer skills.

If you have a iPhone, but aren’t sure how yo use it, this is the workshop for you. In this class, we will explore how to navigate your iPhone, use it as an organizational tool, a camera, and how to download apps to customize your iPhone to your needs. Participant pre- requisite: Bring your own device with your user email and password.

In this workshop we will explore how to navigate the Android operating system, use it as an organizational tool, a camera, and how to download apps to customize your smartphone to your needs. Microsoft Word is a word processing application that helps you to create a variety of documents, including letters, flyers and resumes. This workshop explores how to create and set up documents, formatting and the use of styles. Participant pre-requisites: basic understanding of computer use

Microsoft Excel is a powerful spreadsheet application that can help organize and calculate data. This workshop explores basic uses of Microsoft Excel; exploring data entry and using basic formulas. Participant pre-requisites: basic understanding of computer use
