Payment, Course Cancellation and Refund Policy  

  • Payment:
    Payment for Courses must be made by cash
    You are fully registered when fees are paid. Advance payment is required
    No Learners are allowed to attend class without having paid the full course fee
  • Course Cancellation:
    Leduc Adult Learning reserves the right to cancel any class where difficulties arise in staffing, scheduling, or where a minimum enrolment is not achieved
    Complete refunds will be given if a course is cancelled
    Non – attendance for a class does not constitute a withdrawal and refunds are not issued for non-attendance
    Withdrawals may be made two full business days prior to the starting date of the class (unless otherwise noted) and may be subject to withdrawal fees
    If a learner withdraws from the course after it has started NO refund will be provided
    There will be NO refund for purchased course material
